NO SHOW POLICY
At Wangaratta Medical Centre, we are dedicated to providing the best care for all our patients. However, it’s important to remember that keeping track of your appointment is a shared responsibility. While we make every effort to send reminders via SMS, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure you are aware of your upcoming appointment.
We require 24 Hours’ notice for the cancellation of an appointment to ensure that a No Show Fee is not incurred. Single Appointment Booking No Show Fee: $31.50
Long Appointment Booking No Show Fee: $63.00
The Patient will be required to make payment on the No Show Fee prior to being seen again at the clinic.
Workcover & TAC Patients
Workcover & TAC appointments do need to be paid by the patient on the day of consultation. The patient themselves will then need to claim back the consult fee through TAC/Workcover/Insurance or the employer directly.
There is small out of pocket cost to the patient for this type of consultation which is only an approximate
